I'm a lecturer in the Department
of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics at the
University of Cape Town. (This
position is more or less the equivalent to being an assistant
professor in the US.) I've been here since late August, 2010,
and while I'm here I conduct research in geometric analysis, teach
a variety of classes, advise
students, and do a bunch of other things. You can find more information
